VHF Bilingual Business Center provides bilingual counseling and educational workshops to individuals that are interested in starting or growing their business, and assists minority businesses to obtain SWaM certification within the Commonwealth of Virginia

VHF Pro bono legal clinics help low income individuals with Immigration and Civil issues have access to legal advice offered in partnership with local law firms. The Virginia Hispanic Foundation itself does not provide legal services, it only acts to connect the community to attorneys.
